Full Job Description The Production Associate is responsible for performing production work to include feeding machinery, removing parts from machinery, inspecting parts to ensure product quality, packing parts and perform off-line operations. Complies to all health and safety procedures. Performs work in a safe manner. Follow all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements Follow standard operating procedures for all production operations in a food safety environment. Follow standard operating procedures for Quality Assurance and Delivery. Follow standard operating procedures for daily plant clean-up and sanitation. Move, sort and pack parts. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability for frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and raising arms. Perform activities in a fast pace controlled environment to meet production goals. Ability to read, follow, and understand procedures and processes. Adhere to company attendance policy and reports to work on-time. Is willing and able to work additional hours to meet customers needs. Detail conscious, flexible, organized, quality minded, dependable team player. Support the organizations effort to drive continuous improvement Other duties as assigned.
