Looking for help shoveling, salting steps

I own an apartment building in Auburn and am looking for some help to clear the steps and salt/sand during winter storms. I have someone who plows the bulk of it, but there is some minor cleanup and salting/sanding to keep up with before, during, and after each storm. Could turn into a longer term gig for mowing/cleaning for the right person. Thank you
