needing furniture delivery drivers

I’m wanting some employees, for  picking up and delivering couches, and furniture for my furniture company. I’m wanting them to pick up and drop off and give the money, to the people who are selling there furniture and they go pick up the couches from other people and pay them.  I pay $25 an hour +15% commissions of the profit of the  furniture that you drop off and sell. The average person makes over $1500 a week. and I needing employees ASAP right now!!!! And they need to be able to pick up the furniture on and off there own trucks and into the customers home! This is a long-term job not a temporary job!!!
