As the Assistant Repair Technician, specific duties include but are not limited to: 1. Receive, evaluate, provide estimates, and complete repairs on customers’ breathalyzers. 2. Assist in monitoring inventory levels of parts, and used and refurbished breathalyzers. 3. Refurbish breathalyzers for resale, and for use in rental and training programs. 4. Perform Customer Service functions of providing telephone technical support to customers and staff. 5. Assist Shipping Manager with daily outgoing shipments. • Electronics background is desired, but will train the right candidate • Basic mathematics and computer skills to utilize inventory system • Strong emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize, take initiative and multitask • Must work well in a close-knit team environment, and have a great, can-do attitude. Company Benefits: Salary: $36k-42k Depending On Experience, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm EST Monthly bonuses and an annual performance-based bonus add the potential for an additional $6000-$8000 per year.
