ISO person w/car/license/good driving record

Hello, we are looking for possibilities to find person with reliable car, good driving record and valid driver license for earrand run in the city, maybe to Somerset, not like daily, maybe 1/week or 2/mo, like grocery, cat supplies, Thriftstores, maybe Home Depot, etc. The person in need is refusing to be giney pig to gov and get that real id, so her license will expire at some point soon. We are looking like shopping buddy, so to speak, not planning long wait at the doctor's or pointless trips to mall.
