Day Porter/Groundskeeper If you are hardworking, self-motivated, have a keen eye to detail and possess a “whatever it takes” attitude – we want to hear from you! We have an immediate need in the Plant City/ Davenport area! $18/hour Job Qualifications: Willing to do any kind of clean-up work Experience operating a blower preferred Basic maintenance and repair knowledge Ability to communicate, read and write in English Work under time constraints and complete tasks in a reasonable time frame Must have transportation, driver’s license and current vehicle insurance Working Conditions: Work is generally conducted in an outdoor environment. Employee must be able to tolerate outdoor conditions for their assigned work schedule, must be able to safely lift and carry weights up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance and walk, stand, bend, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed. Driving history and background check will be completed for all new hires.
