Fort Pike Commons Apartments, LLC is looking to hire a full-time maintenance technician to assist in our day-to-day maintenance operations. Responsibilities will include: • Interior & Exterior painting • Drywall Installation, patching & finishing. • Light Plumbing & Electrical repairs • Snow blowing/Snow Removal • Light Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance • Laminate flooring Installation • Appliance Repair Fort Pike offers “On-the-job” training for all of the above. Payment will be commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position. Tools will be provided. Applicant must possess the following attributes: • Motivated • Honest • Drug Free • Must have a clean/valid driver’s license & solid transportation to and from work. • Experience with maintenance, and/or construction is a plus • Must be a team-player (Willing to work independently, and as part of a team) • Must be respectful of our residents.
