Rehoming male cockatiel

We have had Charli (male) for 2 years. We had him before we got the diagnosis of my daughter to which bird chirping is a trigger to her. We have tried many strategies and we are at the point where he was free flight all around our home to occasionally in our room. Breaks my heart but, it is not fair to him. He does talk a few phrases, no wing clip, veggies and pellets no seeds (unless training). I’d like for him to go to someone with experience and will not have him in the cage only. Will come with toys, bird stand, cage. Asking for $300 (he was $250, cage $150, stand was $100)
