Join Hairkitchen’s Table as we host an intimate gathering centered around the relationship between client and stylist. Building a strong relationship with our stylist is like having a personal therapist all in one. This conversation will bridge the gap between our crowns and mental health. Join master stylist Whitney B of Whitney B Hair Studio and therapist Courtney Carroll for a in-depth conversation. We look forward to storytelling and carryin’ on, pull up a chair. The Hairkitchen Table is a make up of lead stylists(hair, skin ,nails), counselors, and therapists of Cincinnati that ignite conversations of the revelatory journey of connecting the personal tales of phenomenal Black women to broader societal and historical themes. We address themes such as childhood trauma, self esteem, hair in the workplace, hair in the media, and stereotypes surrounding black women's hair. We can't wait for you to join us.
