Her practice was initially an exercise that made her feel physically strong, mentally stable, and frankly, overall powerful. As she began to study the history and philosophy of this time-honored practice, she realized that yoga was not simply a workout for the mind and body, but a way of life.โฃ โฃMercedes is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and has over 1000 hours of teaching experience. She studied with Lynn Matthews in 2013 and 2016 in the Immersion into the Yoga Tradition teaching program. She is also certified in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra, studying with Kamini Desai in 2013, completing advanced Nidra training in 2017, and facilitator training in 2018.โฃ โฃ ๐“๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐ƒ. ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ is a trauma-informed Intuitive Guide, Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Master Practitioner. Her spiritual journey began when a medical emergency put her on the path of self-discovery and healing and ultimately led her to develop her practice. She sees herself as a lifelong student deepening her practice through ongoing education and exploration. Intuitive and empathetic, she works with clients individually and in group settings.
