East Haven police logs, Dec. 30, 2020 to Jan. 5, 2021: Dec. 30 Leander R. Zoccano, 32, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct. Michael Baroncini, 54, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Dec. 31 Brandon Downing, 22, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and violation of a protective order. Daniel A. Nazario, 32, of Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Natquan Malik-Dion Swan, 18, of New Haven, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and interfering with an officer. Jan. 3 Xavier A. Delgado, 21, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Jan. 4 Hailey Benway, 20, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Robert Slater, 48, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. Jan. 5 Robert Slater, 48, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.
