Windshield Repair Tech/CSR *NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - WILL TRAIN* Duties: - Glass Technicians will greet customers. (Must per personable and comfortable talking to people) - Explain the windshield repair process. - Verify insurance coverage of vehicle and the repair of rock chips and cracks on the auto glass. - Complete invoices. - Call in work to insurance companies via cell phone. - Oversee the job site.
