Olivia is a 250 hour certified Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher who did her training in Cusco, Peru in 2018. She strives to make yoga approachable to everyone, and loves encouraging people to connect with the present moment. This yoga class will be a slow yoga to start the day by releasing tension, increasing flexibility, strengthen, and energizing yourself for the upcoming day. You need absolutely no yoga experience to join the class, just bring your own mat or towel! After class you can enjoy a pint of delicious beer with us, or use pint credit in the future.
