Renovation crews needed... We are currently in search of crews to assist with ongoing renovations at apt communities in the Lakeland toOrlando areas. Need reno crews, but need a wall texture and painter ASAP for Lakeland!! Scope of project is detailed below. Must be able to complete all. Kitchen • Demo existing kitchen cabinets & countertops & cut counter wall down • Install tile backsplash in kitchen • Demo old faucet and install new kitchen faucet • Demo old sink and install new kitchen sink • Install garbage disposal (if needed) • Change out valves/plumbing/manifold in kitchen • Remove old appliances and install new stainless-steel appliances (Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and over stove microwave) • Cut & cap plumbing to prep for cabinet installation • Remove and install GFI outlets Bathroom (s) • Demo bathroom cabinets • Demo old and install new bathroom sink • Demo old and install new bathroom faucets • Demo existing bathroom accessories, hardware, shower body & valve and install new bathroom accessories, hardware, shower body (and repair tiles if needed from valve change) • Cut & cap plumbing to prep for cabinet installation • Remove and install GFI outlets Throughout • Demo all old lights and ceiling fans and install new lights and ceilings fans (run wires if needed) • Remove and replace all light switch and outlet covers • Remove all interior doors and install new doors with new hinges and hardware on all doors • Demo old and install new window blinds throughout • Remove old thermostat and install new • Remove all old smoke detectors and install new smoke detectors • Remove all baseboards and install new baseboards • Demo and reinstallation of old toilet and/or installation of new toilet • Test all light switches and outlets Paint • Repair blemishes on walls and ceilings (small repairs included to cover nail holes or curtain rod holes) • Paint entire unit interior to include walls, ceiling, trim, all interior doors including inside of apt front door, and touch up outside of exterior door (if necessary) ***Please reply with details about your experience in renovation.
