We’re welcoming back Sarah & The Underground this month, a Soulfolk trio from here in Peoria. This youthful but seasoned trio specializes in what they’ve come to refer to as “SoulFolk with a twist of Jazz!” Songwriter Sarah Marie Dillard offers original compositions inspired by all things Illinois. Since forming in 2016 Sarah & The Underground have shared the stage with Kevin Costner & Modern West, David Hoffman (Ray Charles Orchestra), The Accidentals, Good Morning Bedlam, former WWE on-screen personality Josiah Williams, two-time American flat-picking champion Andy Hatfield, The Way Down Wanderers, Steady Flow, Chicago Farmer, Harvest Sons, Still Shine and others.
