Granite Game Summit is an event focused on social, open board gaming in the Granite State. Our goal is to bring people new and old to the hobby together in a safe, welcoming and friendly environment. **Please Note - Vaccinations for Covid-19 are required for this event, and masks will be required in most event areas (a "mask-optional" space is planned, but is subject to change depending the risk of infection prior to event). You can view our Covid policy here.** We will be holding our event at the Doubletree by Hilton in Nashua NH. Be it your first, second, third or seventh G2S, we would love to have you and your friends and family join us! If you have attended a previous event of ours, the format will primarily remain the same. With a four day format, it also allows us to schedule some additional events and activities to further the fun. Attendees are welcome to bring games from their collection to play. We will provide tables on which to store your games or to share with other attendees. We are unlikely to have many (if any) of shirts for sale at the event, so be sure to pre-order if you'd like to own a shirt . They can be purchased as an add on at check out. (Shirt design/color not finalized, subject to change). FAQsHow will I get my badge at the event? Badges will be available for pickup at the event. Please bring the ticket you receive from Eventbrite, either printed or on your device. Is there an age limit to enter the event? Due to Covid-19, all attendees regardless of age are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and must verify their vaccination before being allowed to attend (details on verification to follow). Individuals under the age of 10 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; minors aged 10-17 must have a responsible guardian present at all times. Will there be youth badges? Yes! We will be offering youth badges for G2S 2023 for $35 (plus fees) as an add-on. So long as they have been fully vaccinated and a badge has been purchased for them they are welcome to attend. Youth badges must be purchased at the same time as a General Admission badge, otherwise it will be cancelled. Youth badges will be limited in quantity. What if I already purchased a General Admission badge and now need a Youth badge or two? If you had purchased a General Admission badge prior, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will assist you with placing this order. What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event? The Doubletree by Hilton is located off the Everett Turnpike at exit 8, and is likely best accessed by car. The hotel has a large parking area and parking garage. parking in front of the hotel is extremely limited. Local airports include Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) and Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS). For driving directions, please visit the hotel website. What can/can't I bring to the event? While our game library has grown, we invite people to bring and share (if comfortable) games from their own collection. We will provide tables on (or under) which to store your games. How big will the game library be? Our growing library is now over 800 games! To increase the size of the game library, attendees are invited to bring games from their collections to play and share. We will provide tables on which to store your games or to share with other attendees. Do you take donations to the game library? Game donations to the library are welcome, please email [email protected] in advance if possible. Will there be a way to find players and/or teachers for games? Yes! We will be utilizing a "players wanted" and "teachers wanted" flag system for the tables to make it visually easy to find. We will also have a customized hashtag you can use to streamline via twitter, as well as a Discord community you can join to plan with other attendees in advance. Additionally we will have a "jump start" area where players looking for a game can find others/be found for games. Will there be a vendors hall? Yes! Diversions will be returning as our primary retailer for the event. Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
