Description

The Festival of Trees will return at Hawkeye Downs in the coming days. The Gazette is proud to bring one of the most popular holiday events back to Eastern Iowa. The FOT will include traditional sponsored trees and wreaths, as well as an artisan holiday market and multiple holiday events for all ages. During the two-day event, entertainment and performances from regional groups will be arranged. While Christmas is part of FOT's festivities (including the chance to meet Santa!), we're proud to add a new element to FOT in 2022 - providing a space to recognize and celebrate a variety of cultural traditions and events, thereby Bringing inclusivity to FOT, it celebrates the holidays for all. FOT is produced by The Gazette in collaboration with our market suppliers, tree sponsors and our event sponsors ESCO Group and Alliant and our venue partner Hawkeye Downs.
