Date: Monday, November 21st, 2022 Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Location: The Omni Hotel Charlotte Alpine Intel is a rapidly growing, leading provider of objective damage assessments on behalf of insurance companies nationwide. We are looking for customer centric individuals in the Charlotte area to fill our current openings for customer service, schedule coordinating, and technical writing. Customer Service- Acting as a primary point of contact, our customer service representatives will work directly with insurance carriers, technicians, and end-users to ensure the prompt completion of successful assessments. Answer 50-100 inbound calls a day.Make outbound calls and reply to emails as necessary.Communicate with insurance adjusters, the insured individual, and technicians.Schedule assessments with technicians and end-users.Provide regular updates on assessment progress.Be detailed and accurate in all notations to properly communicate with the team.Requirements: Have previous experience working in a customer service environment, ideally with previous call center experience.Schedule Coordinator (Claims Coordinator)- This is a team of highly motivated individuals who are on the frontlines in business production and are heavily relied upon for doing their part in a timely manner to ensure the prompt completion of successful assessments. Work on all assigned claims at least twice a day until completed resulting in making about 60-150 outbound calls daily and/or sending emails.Schedule and coordinate 20-26 assessments daily with technicians and end-users.Be detailed and accurate in all notations to properly communicate to the team.Communicate with insurance adjusters to provide regular updates on assessment progress.Contribute to a three-day turn-around-time per claim to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.Requirements: Have previous experience in a call center environment and in scheduling/logistics. Technical Writer (Claims Processor)- Work closely with our field technicians to review and analyze all of the information provided from the damage assessment, conduct additional research, and write comprehensive reports for the insurance carriers. Interface with field technicians to review and interpret assessment findings.Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare “repair vs replacement” appraisals for property damage.Compose final reports based on the assessments and industry best practicesAnswer clients’ questions in detail regarding the reports and handle or escalate end-user customer service escalationsProduce a three-day turn-around-time per claim to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.Requirements: Have distinguished written communication and grammar skills.
