Kitten rehoming, small fee

Hello, I am looking to rehome my kitten who is now 7.5 months old for a very small re homing fee $50. (We will include all his toys, litter box, food bowl and large play pen). He is a gorgeous gray and white tuxedo cat with light amber/ yellowish eyes and is large about, 10 pounds now, 2 feet long. He is very active and playful and likes to kneed on you and cuddle when he’s done playing. The reason I cannot keep him is due to my apartment now placing restrictions on pets.
