RGE Cares 3rd Annual Christmas Giveaway Our objective is to inspire, motivate, and with area schools, one-on-one tutoring, and college preparation. When a youth joins RGE Cares, they not only join a family, but become part of a cultivation process designed to empower them to excel in their personal, academic, and future professional lives. We believe this is how you change a community for the better—by bettering the next generation. Our vision is to provide relief to as many households as possible through the form of monetary relief and everyday essential necessities, as well as to create opportunities for low-income communities whether it be jobs, career building tools and/or mentorship programs, and to heal. Our organization started in 2020 at the height of the pandemic with the intentions to give back and serve families who were negatively affected by this global pandemic and since then we’ve grown into something much more. Although we receive support from many community leaders, companies and individuals, we are unable to fund all the events on our own. The event that we have planned and reached out in regards to is our 3rd Annual Christmas giveaway where we partner with Mattel, Target, PUMA, and PlayStation to give back to more than 300 kids in the Compton community, an area that is economically disadvantaged and lacks resources. It’s our mission to give back to this community each year to ensure the kids in the community have a very joyful Christmas to remember. On December 17th the RGE Cares team is gearing up for our 3rd annual community give back event that will benefit families in the underserved communities who may not have the resources to make Christmas happen for their children this year. Our previous event we were able to give back to more than 200 families in the City of Compton and looking forward to doing the same this holiday season. *DISCLAIMER* PLEASE RSVP TO RECEIVE A PUMA GIFT CARD AS THOSE ARE LIMITED.
