Our beloved Josie & Jacob join forces to offer you an opportunity to step into pure Ambience. Fusing the sounds of nature, acoustic, and electric instrumentation Jacob fills the room with calming vibrations to help relax the body, and ease the mind. All while our instructor, Josie, offers you a space to connect your mind to your body, and your body to your breath through a series of asanas. Following a 60-minute yoga flow, the two aspiring healers guide you on a mystical journey through the Chakras during a 20-minute Yoga Nidra Meditation. The intention behind this class is to bring you feelings of bliss, clarity, and deep, deep restoration.
