Wear your ugliest sweater as the instructor guides you through the same practice of breathing and postures, except combined with a local beer. A refreshing balance of fun, relaxation, and a hint of coordination. Class will be held inside Steel Hand's warehouse. Grab your beverage from their bar prior to class (not included in ticket price).
