This free community self-care workshop is open to all women of color. The workshop includes journaling, a mental wellness discussion and a yoga class suitable for all levels. Bring The Following Items: Yoga MatJournalWaterPositive Attitude ***Please Be Aware: photo and/or video may be taken during the event and your attendance at the event serves as your permission for use of those images. Your participation affirms that you have been cleared by your doctor to participate in this event. Your attendance also affirms you waiving your rights should any accidents occur.*** ***Disclaimer: preference will be given to preregistered participants first. Day of event registration will only be allowed if space and resources are available. Sista Yoga Selfcare events will be open to women only unless the event is stated open to couples or men advertised in the registration and/or the event media postings.
