Join us in this event to anchor your 2023 intentions! What do you want your new year to look and feel like? We all have goals for our lives. Each and every goal is possible to accomplish. The question is, what are you doing to make those goals a reality? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Our upcoming event is a chance to make 2023 your year! During our event you will manifest your dreams by creating a vision board for 2023. Then we will break through barriers that are holding you back from being your best version of yourself. Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do! Vision boards work at a conscious and subconscious level.⁣ ⁣After completing the Vision Board we will do a Group Hypnosis to deliver positive suggestions. We will conclude with Sound Bowls & Reiki: Sound Bowl Meditation is a massage at the cellular level. It can take us into the Theta range of brainwaves, which is akin to light sleep or a deep meditative state. Sound bowls align our out of tune frequencies and allow us to feel calm and relaxed at the end of a session. Sound and vibration from the crystal bowls will take participants into a deeper level of consciousness while removing emotional blockages in order to experience a deeper connection with yourself. Reiki is holistic practice that activates the body`s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body`s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.
