Participants are invited to a workshop by Ron Seman, for a Cinematography Basics using Apple Technologies Workshop. It will include basic instructions on: Why/when/how one would use different iPhone modes of TIME-LAPSE, SLO-MO, Cinematic, Video, and Screen Recording.The use of various options in the modes including flash, night mode, action, HD 30, HD 60, 4K 24, 4K 30, 4K 60, and front facing camera lenses and the rear facing selfie lens and more.\The apps of Photos, iMovie, and Google Photos will be reviewed and their role will be demonstrated. Editing, formatting, rotating, transitions, optional audio tracks, and other options will be demonstrated on an iPhone, and optionally on an iPad, Macbook, and iMac.These basic principles apply to Android based smartphones, tablets, and computers as well; however, time does not permit the demonstration and discussion of both. One can learn to make very high quality movies of nature, in the greatest biodiversity density in America at the Indiana Dunes, the Museum of Nature and Industry, as well as in one's homes for holiday movies, sports, vlogging and more. This is a great hobby which the whole family or friends can contribute to and participate in. Get motivated! Get creative! Get brainstorming! Get to the workshop!
