Description

Remove existing dead patch of sod 25 feet x 4 feet and replace with new sod. Remove existing shrubs and replace with sod 25 feet x 6 feet. Replace sprinkler system control box (Rain bird) - replace with something similar to Netro Smart Sprinkler Controller, WiFi, Weather aware, Remote access, 12 Zone, or Rachio 16ZULW-C 16 Zone: 3rd Generation Smart Sprinkler Controller with Hyperlocal Weather Intelligence. Open to suggestions.
