Cable Tech Helper Trainee. Fiber optic cable technician (lighter duty side of the job.) Main Duties: Recording details on paper in the field and then input into computer, excel, pdf. Physical work such as able to be outside most of the time, walking, carrying items, small tools etc.. up to 20 lbs. Knock on doors, talk to customers to gain access to utilities in back yard for other work crew members. Physically fit to be able to stand, walk, or be in crouching position repeatedly throughout the day, sometimes in tight spaces. Able to work night jobs or respond to emergencies, and also work out of town sometimes. Other miscellaneous duties involve delicate movement and ability to focus, concentrate and be careful dealing with small delicate wires. Good eyesight, hand eye coordination. Potential long term and much higher pay option available for the right person/s/team. Need one or two Female work partners to work as a team together with Experienced Female Tech / Trainer. Flexible schedule and able to work out of town on projects. We do Fiber optic cable technician work, self employed for telecom company providing internet to new and existing houses. Will provide housing/hotel for out of town work. Can offer daily pay/cash if needed in the beginning and then work out longer term solutions later if all goes good.
