The Meeting Place Mission is currently hiring full-time and part-time employees for The Suzy Fitzgerald Women, Children and Families Emergency Shelter · Orients all residents to the policies and procedures of the shelter. · Maintains open communication with Case Worker and the Director regarding all important issues related to the shelter (e.g., facility needs, case management, etc.) and actively participates in monthly staff meetings and the shift communication of shelter house needs. · Demonstrates ability to be compassionate yet remain firm with guests. · Communicate with compassion and an understanding that helps you look past misconceptions and biases. Preparation of meal(s), laundry, and light housekeeping.
