Position Requirements: -Passionate, positive, energetic, “can-do,” demeanor -24/7 mentality, though the role will typically model, “normal business hours” -Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant -Can “pitch and catch,” a true partner in a fast-paced environment -Clean, no drama, kind and respectful to others, good and positive outlook, happy, ethical -Ability to multitask, adapt to leader’s needs, work independently, think proactively, and prioritize daily workload -High-level of attention to detail -Strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to communicate and be communicated with -Coachable, able to take feedback and coaching -Strong confidentiality skills -Exemplary planning and time management skills -Must have reliable transportation -Willing to relocate to the Vail Valley, Colorado (area) Position Compensation -$60k - $75k salary range, open for discussion depending on the right candidate -401k, medical, dental, eye insurance -15 PTO days -Company holiday days, list to be provided further into the hiring process -Regular MST business hours (occasional late night or weekend) Position Description: The CEO is independent and has up until this point, managed his corporate and personal life on his own. He is seeking a candidate that can add value in such a way that it helps those around him to be more productive and more easily engaged with him. This is a unique and special role, as the CEO would like a full-time person that is remote in the same city with a weekly in-person touch base. The role is a multi-level hybrid role – he would like for the candidate to live in the same city, but is primarily remote, with a driving component. The role is 50% Executive Assistant, 25% House Manager/Personal Assistant, and 25% Driver. The perfect candidate will be flexible, understanding, have high sensory acuity, and the ability to balance an independent CEO. The candidate will be able to work with the CEO and his wife in a (happy and stable) home-office based setting. -Calendar guru who can both create and manage multiple calendars. Will be the “engagement” contact for other company executives and third parties to calendar events and connections with the CEO. -Schedule and maintain both personal and business appointments and key periodic “to-do” dates (including but not limited to registrations, insurance renewals, and tax calendaring on the “work” list and key personal and blocked-out dates). -Schedule and organize complex meetings and travel. -Can draft letters/documents; collect/analyze information; assist with telecommunications. -Document management, including filing, faxing, copying, arranging pick-ups/deliveries of documents/items. -Handle confidential/non-routine information related to the business and personal needs. -Work independently, within a team and with the principals. Professional, courteous (speaks with a smile), efficient, and prompt - a good representative that others value and enjoy interacting with - that at times can be a gatekeeper. -Domestic vendor management, sourcing, negotiating, managing and project management. Initiating, pursuing, and closing the loop to completion on tasks, warranty, service, and open items. -Domestic expense management, including organizing/filing expense reports & business credit card management. -Personal and business errands: pick-up mail, gas in the cars, car maintenance, car washes, ski and mountain bike maintenance appointments, winter-summer tire swap coordination, and dinner reservations. - Boat(s) (West Coast currently) operations and organization to maintain documentation, registrations, vendors, work projects, insurance, and general operations. -Driving the CEO in provided sedan or XL to the airport (45 minutes to 2 hours each way - location dependent), office and anywhere else that may serve efficiency and ability to safely take work and conferences enroute; ability to drive in inclement weather. The role will develop and evolve over time, as the candidate and principals learn from each other, ensuring that you are flexible for adjustments and changes is key to succeeding in this role.
