HELP! Held hostage by Obscure tire size

Hi all, we live about 4 hours south east and We got 2 flat tires on our trailer on Tuesday when we came to Denver to get supplies for our friends gutter business. We have searched and searched for tire size 7/14.5 we have found the search to be fruitless or way out of our budget. Tonight on a tip from a friend and backed by Google we bought 215/60/15 BBBUUUUUTTTT we don't have tools with us and we're having hard time getting the bead on. I know it's late and this is a long shot but we just want to go home. If anyone out there can help at all we would forever be grateful. Thank you! CJ & Shawn PS right now we are in Glendale, but we have the rims off and we can bring them anywhere if someone can help us get the tires on the rim.
