Hiring Experienced Handyman/Maintenance Person

Maintenance and remodeling company looking for individuals who are willing to work hard for a growing company! We do maintenance and remodeling work for a group of investment properties around the Old Westport neighborhood. We are currently accepting applications for handyman/maintenance person with plumbing and HVAC experience preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field, must have own car, cell phone and basic tools for the trade like impact, drill, hammer and etc. but we will provide tools if needed. Must have basic maintenace/remodeling experience like changing out toilets, reading/using tape measure, painting and sheet rocking. This will be a 1099 contracted job. We will be paying weekly after calculating total number of hours/days worked on Friday and direct deposit on Monday. Compensation based upon knowledge, experience and/or education with 30 day trial period and re-evaluation after 30 days. Applicants must have the following: Hand Tools, Valid drivers license, Clean driving record, Personal vehicle, Reliable work history, Bank account for direct deposits, Working cellphone, Able to lift 50lbs + High School Diploma or GED
