Looking for individuals who work well together as a team. Responsibilities include working with a team to install seamless gutters, gutter guard, fascia, soffit, building downspouts and miters. Responsibilities are to ensure materials are loaded, safety practices are followed, jobs are being done in orderly and timely manner. Able to work all weather conditions (primarily hot and humid weather). Pay is based on skill level. • Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED • Must have reliable transportation, pickup truck preferred or cargo van • Prior construction with soffit/fascia or gutter experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with aluminum gutters, soffit, fascia, building miters, and downspouts • Operates hand tools, power tools, ladders, and relevant equipment • Runs errands carry and deliver materials, tools, and equipment • Excellent People Skills • Excellent customer service • Self-motivated with a positive attitude • Work well as a team • Team player who is reliable and hardworking • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must consent to an employer background check • Familiarity with tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to work well in teams • Comfortable on roofs and ladders (not afraid of heights) • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Assist with the installation and repair of gutters • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Keep up with all equipment and supplies • Perform other duties as assigned • Enjoys the outdoors and will work in all weather conditions • TEAMS encouraged to apply!
