Hello I'm looking for a crew to flip a house for us! Not some jokers! Somebody that moves like rabbits! I have a house in Lake county in Mentor that needs flipped. 1. need flooring in house roughly 1,400 square feet 2. need windows 3. a updated kitchen and to open it up! 4. painted whole house. 5. garage floor fixed 6. a half bath added 7. some plaster, with patterns either swirls 8. a mini spilt added 9. some minor yard cleaning trimming bushes etc. we need this done in 30 working days! Need a quote A contract signed as well.
