HostPros is seeking experienced cleaning professionals for regular cleanings of local Airbnbs. See below for requirements and expectations: *Attitude – we hire only positive, energetic people who are committed to going above and beyond to make our guests’ experiences exceptional. A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback is essential. *Availability – preference will be given to candidates with the most availability and flexibility. Most work is done between 10 AM – 4 PM. All applicants must be available during these times at least 3-4 days per week and be able to work at least every other weekend. *Communication – clear, consistent, timely communication is absolutely essential. Candidates must have a smartphone and active email account. *Skills – cleaning experience is a plus, but it’s much more important that candidates be reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. If your attitude fits our company we can teach you to clean. *Transportation – you must have reliable transportation to get to locations all around Cleveland and surrounding areas. *Values – our business revolves around a commitment to our values, described below, and we can’t do it without employees who are equally committed.
