Field Operations Support Manager:
The Field Operations Support Manager would be responsible for keeping track of the daily tasks and to support operations manager in planning/scheduling the work and crews. The Field Operations Support person responsibilities include:
• Schedule and plan the work utilizing our Smartsheet software. Capture work hours, expenses, photos during and after job completion.
• Process incoming emails with management and customers. Respond in a timely manner to support customer needs.
• Review daily work hours for accuracy and follow up with associates on their timecards.
• Long-term planning to create additional work opportunities by interacting with customer base.
• Coordinating work crews to ensure material and people are available. Communicate clear direction and work site safety rules.
• Review work site after crew completes work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review incoming work requests and coordinate with operations manager to review, quote and add task to Smartsheet to prepare for activity.
• Recruit and interview for seasonal positions, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete per guidelines.
• Occasionally accompanies Operations Manager to estimate projects.
• Prepare and analyze project budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
• Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement.
• Assist Operations Manager in managing inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
• Identifying potential problems and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
REQUIRMENTS:
1) Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
2) Have a strong working knowledge of basic business applications such as Word, XL and Google Maps,
3) Be legally able to work in the US
4) Have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience working within the concrete and asphalt services.
