Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenter, Sheetrock, Remodeling - HELP NEEDED!!! Need someone skilled in ELECTRICAL (most important), plumbing, floor repair, and sheetrock repair. We are a property management company in Oconee County, SC and we need a handyman or two to help us with maintenance on the properties and remodeling. Criminal background is not an issue for the most part but we do check. We also rent mobile homes all over Oconee county, so if you need a place, call us. We need reliability and you need a truck and tools. Work day starts at 9:00 AM and ends when the work is done. 1099 pay is around $15/hr or more depending on what you can do.
