Puppy to good home

Description

We have a puppy who is probably close to a year old. A friend asked us to take her months ago as they worked too much and didn’t have the time for her. We happily took her in and we absolutely adore her, but unfortunately she isn’t understanding potty training in the slightest. I’m going to express complete candor so that anyone interested is aware of what they are getting into. We have worked on various training methods and nothing has worked. She will go outside and dance at the door with our other dog, but then she will come back in and use the bathroom in the house. She will even urinate on your feet if you’re stationary and she gets a wild hair. She runs if you see her doing it but still continues. Normally I would just try to work through this, but we have two young children and she has started urinating on their beds, doll houses, toys, etc. We cannot have that happening. She’s good off lease, always comes back, super loving, high energy, LOVES kids and playing. It’s breaking my heart to post this but we don’t know what to do. She is red in color, we were told a pit and lab mix but I don’t believe it to be true. She reminds me more of a Feist mix due to her size and features. We are asking a small rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home. We will be taking her to a shelter if necessary but really don’t want to. If you feel you have the time, energy, and patience..shoot me an email. Serious enquirers only, please. I will be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
