START TODAY - Paid weekly RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WE ARE A NEW HOME BUILDER AND NEED A CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT TO ASSIST OUR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT WITH VARIOUS PROJECTS. This is an entry level position. Prefer experience in residential field construction, ability to follow specific directions, willingness to learn about construction and building new homes. Responsibilities include: • assisting with punch out/small repairs, and warranty repair work, • assist in quality control and verifying work completed by sub contractors, • verifying deliveries and organize materials, • sweep homes and help clean up construction debris on residential job sites Looking for individuals to work, not 3rd party businesses that want sub contractor work Must have your own reliable transportation to job site, tape measure and hand tools.
