What this job entails to is as follows; - Organize daily order batches for the fulfillment team and make sure everything gets out of the workshop on time and accurately - Help customers via customer messaging systems and sometimes phone - Attend and help our showroom guests, which are very few Maintain a super organized warehouse - Keep a tight rope on the inventory levels and manage production orders from our crafting shop - If needed, personalize leather crafts as requested by the customer Haven't you worked with leather before?
