Example 2: There will be a list of items that are in and ready to pack for shipment. You pull the next order in line which would be a milling machine. This particular milling machine comes in on a skid with 2 other machines. You would safely remove this machine from the original skid, place it on a single skid, and bolt it down. At this time, the machine would be inspected. Once this machine has cleared inspection, you would pick the accessories that go with this machine from the packing list, pack them all on the skid so that it all ships together, and then build a crate for shipment. (Building the crate requires using the panel saw, miter saw, nail guns, etc. It would be done from stock lumber) Then, label the crate for shipment, and turn the paperwork in so the shipment would be scheduled. Example 3: You pull the paperwork for the next item in line that needs to go out, this particular item is already in a pre built crate as it came in. You would pull this item, open the crate and prepare the machine for inspection. Once inspection is cleared, you would put the crate back on, pick any accessory items that would go with this order, pack them safely in the crate for shipment, and re-close the crate. Label the crate for shipment, and turn the paperwork in so the shipment would be scheduled.
