We have a 1600 sq ft main space where we do commercial woodworking and also hold private woodworking classes In addition to our main shop shop space we have several small separate studio spots that we rent out... About the available space: Your area is large enough that you can have a couple of workbenches and project storage, small set ups, etc. You really should see the place to fully appreciate the environment and the overall situation. The shop is highly efficient and well-equipped. It will be a fantastic creative & constructive environment for the right person! Expansion: When the shop isn’t busy, there may be additional bench space you can use during our off hours, based on availability.
