Male cocker spaniel mix for rehoming

Hello I have a 7 month old cocker spaniel/chi mix. He is roughly no more then 15lbs. Utd on shots except rabies and kennel shots. I am looking for a large family based setting or a farm based setting for him. He loves children, adults and other animals. His hound side is definitely more dominant as he is always sniffing about. I am not looking to rehome him immediately and want someone who will keep communicating with me just incase. There is a rehoming fee and he will come with all his stuff which includes his large sized cage. If seriously interested I will let you know all there is to know and do a meet and greet before hand.
