Found Mother Cat and 2 kittens

Someone dumped a mother and 2 kittens at my mother's home last night. She has been feeding them and trying to care for them, but she already has a cat and dog. She is setting up a shelter to protect them. The mother is Calico and the kittens are yellow. Someone please call or text me that can help. Thank you.
