- Addressing, correcting daily issues and customer request. - Interaction with cleaning crew, be able to motivate the Janitorial staff. - Ability to lock down a facility, ensure that all routine work is done properly and making sure all areas are check. Be able to correct any last-minute issue. - Making sure inappropriate activities are report right away to Operations. - Prior experience in cleaning is a must. - Prior experience on Supervision (preferred but not a must) - Prior experience in projects using machines for Floor Care, carpet cleaning and others. - Prior cleaning experience is a must - Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Schedules: Monday to Friday - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Compensation: $18.00 to 20.00 per hr. Competencies: Teamwork orientation Great attitude Collaboration Skills Initiative
