Be an angel to a person in need and get paid for it. My mother has Alzheimer's and is in the Orlando Specialty hospital.  I need to pay someone to visit her for one hour a day. Monday - Friday. This can be done when it is best for you. Your duties will include assisting her to drink water and an ensure, talk to her about anything you want. You can proclaim the Gospel to her, practice your sermons or bible studies, tell her your problems, or all about your love life. Play her some music from your phone for a while then an audiobook from your phone. I am out of state and it would ease my guilt of not being there if I knew you were there to keep her company.
