It is with a heavy heart that we must put up our bonded dachshund pair for adoption, they must go together as they’ve been together their whole lives. Black and tan 4 year old female AKC registered roughly 10 pounds and a 3 year old male black and grey dapple roughly 12 pounds (non registered). Up to date on their current vaccines, very well house broken if let out every few hours as they have small bladders, and both fixed, only the female is microchipped. We are not asking a rehoming fee as this breaks our hearts enough but we just do not have the time for them like we used to with another baby coming into the picture. Female is a couch potato who wants nothing but love and cuddles, male will chase a ball for hours if you throw it for him. We are located in Jacksonville and will be very particular as to who these babies go to as this is a very tough decision on us we have had to ponder for a while. Will send pictures if requested and we are willing to meet half way for the right family. We would really prefer them go to someone who is home a majority of the time but of course understand that isn’t always the case, we just want to ensure they go to a nice loving family.
