Press release from the City and County of Broomfield: January 08, 2021 The first round of Back to Business Broomfield businesses have been certified! Thank you to these businesses for leading the way with enhanced health and safety measures. View all the steps these businesses have taken to ensure your safety at Broomfield.org/BacktoBusiness. Find a list of certified businesses who can start operating in Level Yellow no earlier than 12 a.m. Monday, Jan. 11, at Broomfield.org/BacktoBusiness. Level Yellow allows the following to operate at 50% capacity or 50 people per room, whichever is fewer. Indoor restaurant seating (Last call will be 10 p.m., and bars that do not serve food will remain closed.) Indoor events  Personal Services like salons  Gyms/fitness centers Retail stores  Office-based businesses Outdoor events (up to 175 people)  The certification of businesses will happen each Friday with a continuous application, inspection, and approval process in place to expedite the reopening of businesses as long as the COVID-19 conditions continue trending in the right direction.  Please Note: The City and County of Broomfield prioritizes the health and safety of the community and will continue to follow the state's guidance and use data to drive decisions if COVID conditions change.
