Winter Snow Removal - Shoveling

I have a small property management company (Airbnbs/VRBOs) and have 11 properties that will need to have snow removed throughout the winter. 5 of the 11 properties are sidewalks only (was thinking $20/ea) and 6 of the 11 properties have a sidewalk and driveway (was thinking $40/ea) Total $340. This would be an ongoing gig. It would just have to be done 24 hours after it stopped snowing. Its possible I pick up more rentals during the winter months which would need snow removal as well.... Lastly, its possible this could turn into something for the summer months as well (lawn care) Would be a great way to earn some easy money throughout the winter.
