A Glance of France will be a private Wine Dinner event to immerse our guests in an evening of wine and food to write home about! Featuring 4 wines provided by DiBacco Imports (a local family run distributor), the evening will be full of information regarding the wine and food to enjoy alongside it. The food selection will include: Coq Au Vin, a classic dish of chicken braised with red wine (traditionally Burgundy), lardons, mushrooms, and garlic. Lamb chops that will be baked and served with a house made cognac and dijon cream sauce. Earl Grey and Lavender Creme Brulee - a twist on a traditional creme brulee offering soft notes of tea with a floral finish. Seats are limited so don't wait to save your spot now!
