Felix is a five year old brown tabby shorthair cat. I adopted him from someone else before I moved, with assurances from them that he was good with other animals. This has turned out not to be true. He is anxious and aggressive about other cats and dogs. I have several other cats, and even after a few years and every different training/comforting technique I can think of they still are unable to get along. It's time to admit that Felix would be happiest and healthiest as an only pet. He is very affectionate with humans, and loves attention. He's snuggly and likes to sleep with his people. He is a big boy, about 16lbs. He does not like beef flavored food or treats. He is neutered and fully litter trained, with no injuries or known health problems. He has short fur and is a light shedder. He is very active, but gets anxious if put outside. He likes playing with strings and laser pointers. I currently feed him Purina ProPlan dry food, but he has been satisfied with other foods before. I use Feline Pine clumping litter, which seems to be his preference (of non-clay litters, I've never used clay litter). I want Felix to have a good home that he is comfortable and happy in, so please let me know if you think you would be a good fit. I can't provide a carrier.
